Clear fees, agreed with you
Fees are set by mutual agreement with each client and recorded in a fee agreement, in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession.
Fees are calculated on a fixed-fee or time-spent basis and may, where appropriate, include a component linked to the outcome achieved.
The first consultation
As every situation is different, a first consultation is the opportunity to review your situation and your case, to clarify your expectations and to identify the stakes and risks of the strategy under consideration.
This appointment is also the opportunity to look at the possible steps, to explain clearly what can and cannot be done, and to decide together how to move forward.
This first step is essential to assess a procedure's chances of success, to understand what is at stake and to define the terms of any support the Firm may provide.
The 30-minute consultation is charged at €120 including VAT.
After this appointment, if you wish to entrust the Firm with the rest of your case, a quote and a fee agreement can be drawn up. The cost of the first consultation will then be deducted from the overall fees.
Legal aid
Legal aid may cover all or part of your legal costs, subject to income conditions. It may be available for court proceedings, but does not apply to consultations or other non-contentious matters.
