Fee disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of the fee agreement, the attorney and the client first seek an amicable solution. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the client may, in the event of a dispute, refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator for the legal profession.
